Franklin Vanmaldegen

Franklin J. VanMaldegen, age 76, of Grandville, passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. He was born on July 7, 1944, in Grand Rapids, to the late John & Eleanor (Anderson) VanMaldegen. Frank owned two pawn shops and was part owner of Valley Erectors. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and going to flea markets. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant everything to him. Everyone loved Frank and enjoyed being around him. Survivors include his three children, Lisa (Steve) VanMaldegen, Jeff (Tonya) VanMaldegen and Troy (Sheri) VanMaldegen; grandchildren, Jeffery, Ashley, Hannah, Maddison, Dominick, Colton and Emilyn; great-grandchildren, Ana, Lindsey, Raelynn and Hunter; and special friend Theresa Bennett.
