Frank Jerome Kosinski, age 80, of Grand Rapids, passed away on October 4, 2012 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital. The son of Frank & Ann (Milewski) Kosinski, Frank was born on May 4, 1932 in Hamtramck Mi. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
