Florence R. West, age 105, of Portage, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016. The daughter of William, she was born on March 28, 1911 in Newcastle-upon-tyne, England. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at St. Michael Lutheran Church, 7211 Oakland Dr., Portage, with luncheon to follow.
