Evelyn Bartz

Evelyn A. Bartz, 89 of Norton Shores Michigan passed into the arms of her LORD and SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Bartz in June of 1984 and her son, Timothy W. Hellem on August 2, 2011, her parents, Waynard and Grace (Jones) Ickes, Sr., and many brothers and sisters. She is sorely missed and survived by her children, David Hellem (Nora), Michael Hellem (Tony) and Renee Bell (James) and her grandchildren, Alena Johnson, Theresa Johnson, Eric Hellem, Nathan Hellem and Great Grandchildren, Anderson and Deliah. Also mourning her loss are her siblings, Donald Ickes, Susan Koopman (Jerry) and her baby sister Gloria Dawn Stubbs. Friends that will miss her include Gloria Sikkenga, Tami Michaelfelder (niece) and her loving friend and companion William "Billy" Shady. Memorial Service to be announced at a later time. Evelyn will always be remembered for her unconditional love for friends and family, her keen sense of humor and her love for Jesus Christ.
