Eric Miller

Eric Christopher Miller, loving husband, son, brother and uncle, aged 38, passed away unexpectedly, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Friday, July 1, 2022. He was born in Seguin, Texas, on April 13, 1984, the son of Gregory and Bonnie (Vroman) Miller. He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Miller; father-in-law, Gregory Cook; aunt, Maxine Miller. Surviving Eric is his wife, Jennifer Cook; mother, Bonnie Miller; mother-in-law, Julie Cook; grandmother, Darlene Cook; three sisters, Chayo (Ryan) Gould, Michele Donahue, and Tyna Hartley; sister-in-law, Jamie (Jason) Bates; four nephews, Brayden Gould, Gavin Gould, Jacob (Tia) Gould, and Michael Bates; several aunts, uncles and friends; his beloved puppy, Mousse. Eric was an active member of Alpha Chi Rho Fraternity and Vikings Linne Lodge 57 in Muskegon. He was a good listener, a lovable and caring person, who will be missed by all who knew him. Eric loved spending time with his dog, Mousse, and one of his great loves was ice cream and gummy bears. He loved to play games, especially Pokemon Go, and was an avid listener of many audio books. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Vikings Linne Lodge 57, 3132 Lakeshore Drive, Muskegon, Michigan 49441, on Friday, July 8, 2022, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations in Eric's name be made to the Ruth Ann Matthews Scholarship Fund, at the Viking Lodge.
