Edward Smigiel

Edward Marvin Smigiel, aged 51, of Grand Rapids, passed away in White Cloud, surrounded by his friends, on April 7, 2022. He was born in Tampa, Florida, on November 17, 1970, the son of Leonard and Linda (Irwin) Smigiel. Eddie was self-employed in many trades. He was a graduate of Union High School, the Red Hawks. He enjoyed golf, shooting pool, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Michigan sport teams, and other sports. He also loved joking and hanging out with his friends. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Surviving is his brother, Danny (Terrie) Smigiel; niece, Christie; nephew, Michael; many aunts, uncles and cousins, and an abundance of friends. At Eddie's request, cremation has taken place. There will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
