Edward Sironen

Edward Lee Sironen, age 74, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023. He was born August 4, 1948, in Muskegon, Michigan, to Leander Albert & Elvi Margreta (Hermanson) Sironen. He is survived by his daughter Lee Ann Zelesnikar and many dear cousins. "Fast Eddie" loved playing pool and telling jokes. His family remembers him fondly as "a big kid." Ed also had a very impressive military career in the United States Army and earned a National Defense Service Medal, a Vietnam Service Medal with 3 Bronze Service Stars, a Combat Infantryman Badge, a Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, as well as earning Marksman (Rifle M-16), Marksman (M-60 MG), and Sharpshooter (Rifle M-14). Cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held at this time. A celebration of life will be scheduled for August 4th.
