Edward Rowlett

Edward Lloyd Rowlett, age 60, of Dowagiac, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022. He was born March 7, 1962, in Kalamazoo, MI, to the late Jack and Ruth (Ayers) Rowlett. Ed honorably served his country in the United States Army for three years and was stationed in Germany for most of his time. He worked in Telecommunications for most of his life. Ed loved to gamble and was an avid foodie. His favorite vacation spot was the Bahamas and the greatest joy of his life was helping to raise his godson, Dakota. Survivors include his siblings, Michael, Jackie, and Sharon; numerous cousins, including Jeff Rowlett; friends, Jim Mc Intyre, Sharon Richardson, and Jennifer Trost; godson, Dakota Lorenzen; and longtime companion of 33 years, Gregory Dalton Gusey. Per his wishes cremation has taken place and his cremated remains will be buried at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
