Edward Lee Carley, age 73, of Lowell, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2019 at the Laurels of Kent in Lowell. Born on August 6, 1945, he was a Vietnam veteran and proudly served with the United States Air Force. Committal services, with military honors, are at 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta.
