Duane Ritter

Duane Lynn "Charlie" Ritter, age 49, of Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 14, 2013. The son of Joan Ellen (Booth) and Al Ritter, he was born on March 27, 1964 in Ionia and with his wife owned and operated Shelley's Kitchen restaurant in Wyoming. He was preceded in death by grandparents: Wayne & Flores Booth, and Maurice & Dorothy Ritter. Surviving are his wife, Shelley (Bowerman) Ritter; children, Tony Brokaw, and Amy Brokaw & Rick Mockerman; parents, Joan & Zane Highland and Al & Flo Ritter; siblings, Doug & Mary Ritter, Sandy Chapin, Angela Knapp, Zane & Angela Highland,; several grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care, Greenville.
