Douglas Shepard

Douglas Reed Shepard, age 62, passed away on November 11th, 2020. He lived in Belding Michigan, and passed away at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids Michigan. He was born in Owosso, Michigan to Jo and Richard Shepard in April of 1958. He grew up in Grand Blanc Michigan, swam at state level with various swim teams, and graduated from Grand Blanc High School 1976. He married Monica Roberts in 1980 and was married for 28 years. He had two children, Dylan and Robin Shepard. In 2008 he moved to Belding Michigan, where he lived with Deb King until his passing. Doug enjoyed grilling, cooking, water sports, going to Walt Disney World, loved watching football, and was a die hard Lions fan.
