Dorothy Laughlin

Dorothy F. Laughlin, age 92, of Belmont, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at home surrounded by family. The daughter of Glen & Ethel (Sousley) Quackenbush, she was born on April 15, 1924 in Lake Worth, FL. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Lawrence. Surviving are her children, David (Lori) Laughlin and Susie (Tim) Eggertsen; grandchildren, Matthew (Jessica) Laughlin, David Simpson & Ashley Harrington, Breannia (Cory) Fuller, Cody Lee Laughlin, Brandy Laughlin, Pam (Chris) Hoover, Chris (Shawda) Eggertsen, Michael (Melinda) Eggertsen and Kelly Eggertsen & Michael Esquibel; great grandchildren, Matthew, Kaylee, Candice, Anna, Drake, Baylee, Cory Jr., Ezra, Delaney, Jenna, Lindsay, Ian, Scarlett, Alessa and Samara. A memorial service will be held at a later date, with burial to follow. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
