Dorothy Anderson

Dorothy Mae Anderson, 89, of Kentwood, passed away Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015 at Raybrook Manor. The daughter of Ross & Lavine (Campbell) Warn, she was born on March 15, 1926 in Grand Rapids and retired as an accountant from J.C. Penney. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Robert D. Anderson. Surviving are her children, Michael (Gail) Warn of Kentwood, Gary (Michelle) Warn of Grand Rapids, Cindy (Mike) Andrews of Alto, and Nancy (Tony) Phifer of Littleton, Colorado; twelve grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. Visitation with the family is from 3-4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 2nd at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Ave. S.E. at 36th St. (one block west of Eastern Ave.), Grand Rapids, where memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
