Donna G. Tolbert, age 64, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021.
She was born on February 1, 1957, in Grand Rapids, to James & Dolores (Davis) Blackburn.
Donna married Michael Tolbert, he survives.
Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 am on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at East Leonard Christian Reformed Church, 1027 Leonard St NE, Grand Rapids. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday at the church. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
Burial arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids, (616) 452-3006.
