Donna C. (Schrauben) Patton passed on Nov. 3, 2024 at the Masonic Pathways in Alma after a long battle with Dementia. She was born Dec. 10, 1947 to Ray and Vivian (Pline) Schrauben. She lived for several years in North Fort Myers, Florida. She then moved back to Michigan, residing in Pewamo. She was a waitress for most of her life and enjoyed meeting people, playing cards, and spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Patton, her parents, sister, Ellen Loomis, three nephews, one niece, and her in-laws, Randy Churchill, Jennie Schrauben, Lyle Shinabarger, Ron Jackson, and Terry Gallagher. She is survived by siblings, Steve (Judy Sheaffer) Schrauben, Barb Jackson and Alice Churchill of Hubbardston, Dan (Carol) Schrauben of Muir, Mary (Dale) Freund of Jackson, Carol (Allen) Leasher of Six Lakes, Pauline Gallagher, Betty Shinabarger, Anita Schrauben, of Carson City, Janice McCallister of Crystal, also brother-in-law, Lloyd Loomis of Sumner, and many nieces and nephews. We would like to thank the Masonic Pathways care team of 2 south for their excellent and loving care, and Heartland Hospice for their compassion shown to her. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. A private interment will be at Mary Knoll Cemetery in Carson City at a later date.
