Donna Bursley

Donna M. Bursley, age 73, of Newaygo, formerly of Muskegon and Grand Rapids, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2016 at her home under the loving care of her family and Mercy Hospice. The daughter of Melvin D. & Cora B. (Price) Hock, she was born on March 30, 1943. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Louise Walker and Shirley Guzmann; a brother, Robert Hock; and her children's fathers, Albert Bursley, Sr., and Owen Christian. Surviving are her children, Albert & Amie Bursley, Jr. of Bangor, Diane Bursley of Newaygo, Brian & Wanda Christian of Ravenna, and Brandy Bursley of Fremont; twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Ethel Mills and Corlene Dutcher; a brother, Ronald Hock; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation is from 12-1 p.m. on Saturday at Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care, 511 S. Franklin Street, Greenville, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Rev. Curtis Freed, Mercy Hospice Chaplain, will officiate and burial will follow at Forest Home Cemetery, Greenville.
