Donald Linebaugh

Donald Roy Linebaugh, age 76, of Greenville, passed away Wednesday evening, March 4, 2009, at home under the loving care of his family and Spectrum Health Hospice. The son of George F. & Cecila (McClain) Linebaugh, he was born on Aug. 10, 1932 in Lansing. Don was a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. He worked in highway construction as a heavy equipment operator and was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. On Sept. 2, 1984, near St. Louis, Missouri, he married Lucille (Shelden) McLachlan. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister; and a brother. Surviving are his wife, Lucille McLachlan, and her children, Frank Jr., Jenny, Ann, and Tom. Also surviving are three children, two sisters, five brothers, and their families. Honoring Dons wishes, burial will take place privately at Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding, and no services will be held.
