Don Erik Frey, age 57, of Rockford, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011 at the Fred & Lena Meijer Heart Center at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. The son of Erik & Mildred (Wiedemann) Frey, he was born on April 10, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois. Surviving are his sister and brother-in-law, Sylvia & Dale Wanty of Alto. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids.
