Diane E. Ouart

Diane Elaine Ouart, age 57, of Lincoln Lake, Gowen, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at her home. The daughter of Frank Joseph & Hazel Inez (Heinkel), she was born on February 21, 1969 in Dixon, Illinois.

On June 5, 1993, in Forreston, Illinois, she married John Alan Ouart and together they made their home in Illinois, until moving to Michigan. Diane had worked as a school bus driver in Illinois, as well as at Kent City and Cedar Springs, enjoyed Diamond Art painting and camping, and delighted in time spent on the boat at Lincoln Lake.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband, John Ouart of Gowen, Michigan; two children, Kevin Ouart of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Jennifer Ouart of Rockford, Michigan; and a brother-in-law, David & Jackie Ouart of Maryland.

Visitation with the family is from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Christiansen’s Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 511 S. Franklin Street, Greenville. No formal services will be held.
