Dennis Sturk

Sears, Michigan Formerly of Flint Mr. Sturk 49 passed away Thursday August 19, 2010 at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Flint to Gerald & Deanna (Priest) Sturk on July 31, 1961. He served in the Air Force as one of the first game wardens. He married the former Dora D Grubb on August 16, 1980, she survives him. He enjoyed being with his family and the many friends and was retired from Waste Management and Four winds. Surviving besides his wife are 2 sons Jason & his fiance Jamie Sturk and Zackery Sturk; his 2 dogs Abby & PJ; his mother Deanna Sturk; 2 brothers Timothy Sturk and Darin & Sheila Struck; his father in law Dale Grubb; brother and sister in laws Dale & Barb Grubb, David & Tina Grubb, Debbi & John Wickham and Dennis Grubb; also many aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by His father Gerald Sturk and his mother in law Joyce Grubb. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday August 26, 2010 at 2 pm from the Lamb of God Church in Montrose, Michigan. Friends may call at the church from 1 pm until time of services.
