Debra S. Moody, age 45, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016, at Butterworth Hospital surrounded by family.
The daughter of Gary & Judith (Morehouse) Hooyenga, she was born April 5, 1971, in Grand Rapids.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted in Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care.
