Deborah Howland

Deborah Lynn Naimo Miller Howland, 67, of Newaygo, gained her wings on Tuesday, July 30th, 2019. The daughter of Jim & Nancy Naimo, she was born May 29th, 1952 in Grand Rapids. Deborah loved baking, gardening, and camping at Grand Haven, but her most cherished time was spent with family and friends. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, John Howland; children, Christine & Richard Wingate, Lisa & Corey Cross, Angela Miller, John & Jennifer Howland, Jessica & Charles Lamange, and Joie & Kurt Hauschild; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Jacky VanGessel, Michael Drake, and Teresa Newton; and many other friends and family members. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 11th, 2019 at St. George Peter & Paul's Aid, 1513 Quarry Avenue N.W., Grand Rapids, 49504 from 3:00 - 6:00 P.M. The family would like to give a big thank you to Spectrum Health Hospice for the tremendous care they took of Deborah. Instead of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to Spectrum Health Hospice. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation and Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
