The son of Jasper & Cornelia (Koster) Quakkelaar, he was born on November 19, 1947 in Grand Rapids.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
