Curtis Lee Levanduski, age 50, unexpectedly passed away at home on Thursday, May 11, 2023. He was born December 2, 1972, in Grand Rapids, MI to James L. Levanduski and Naola J. Daoudi (Ayers).
Curtis grew up on the Westside of Grand Rapids, on Gold Street where he had a wonderful childhood and found out he had a natural gift for music. In 2008 he began a job at Bunzl where he met the love of his life Sara. They became a team of two. He had a fierce love of God. He enjoyed playing his guitar, camping, and spending time with loved ones when he could. He had a wonderful sense a humor with a big grin on his face always.
Curtis loved all his children, he always wanted the best for them and prayed for them daily.
He is survived by his loving fiancee, Sara A Maddox; his mother, Naola Jean Daoudi; his children, Ethan Levanduski, Izaak Ludema, Cheyenne Berry, and Cailynne Atwood; siblings, Dawn Brecken, Rhonda Oles, James R., Walter L., and Aletha (Muffy) Levanduski; and many nieces and nephews he dearly loved.
He was preceded in death by his father James L. Levanduski and brother, Stanley D. Levanduski.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 19, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Avenue S.E. at 36th Street (one block west of Eastern Avenue), Grand Rapids, where funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. A luncheon will follow the funeral service at the Grand Valley Armory NCO Club, 1200 44th St SW, Wyoming, MI 49509.
