Constance Azima

Constance Margaret "Connie" Azima, age 63, of Delta Township, passed away Tuesday morning, November 30, 2010 at home under the loving care of her family and McLaren Hospice. Connie had worked as a registered nurse, most recently at Ingham Medical Center. A family remembrance is being planned and will be held at a later date.
