Connie J. Smith, age 56, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2014 Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital. The daughter of Earl & Joyce (Romine) Ouzts, she was born on March 23, 1958 in Lepanto, Arkansas. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
