Christopher Treu

Christopher L. Treu, age 58, of Kentwood, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. He was born July 4, 1960, in Dorr, Michigan, to the late Donald and Fannie (Belgau) Treu. Chris was a hard worker and dedicated himself to whatever job he was working on. He enjoyed fishing, playing scrabble, doing puzzles, and most of all being a dad and spending time with his daughter. Chris is survived by his daughter, Angelica Treu and her mother, Susie Treu; four sisters; four brothers; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2018, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Ave. S.E., off of 36th St. (one block West of Eastern Ave.) with sharing of memories at 11:30 am.
