Christopher Charles Dilliner, known affectionately as Christopher, was born on April 12, 1991, in the charming town of Ludington, Michigan, and passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023 at Corewell Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His infectious smile and compassionate spirit were his signature traits. Christopher was a beacon of love, comfort, and sincerity to those he interacted with. He was humble in his actions, yet his impact was immense. His genuine concern for others was truly heartwarming. As Maya Angelou once said, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." This quote perfectly encapsulates the essence of Christopher's life. Christopher was a passionate sports enthusiast with a particular fondness for bowling, football, and baseball. His love for sports was not merely about the competition; it was about the camaraderie and friendships formed. He was fiercely loyal, a trait he demonstrated both on and off the field. In his younger days, Christopher moved from his birthplace to Lowell/Greenville area, where he quickly became a loved member of the community. His heart, however, always held a special place for his family. Their love and mutual respect were the cornerstone of his life. Christopher leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. He is survived by his father, Charles (Teresa) Dilliner, his mother Shannon (Edgar) Smith, his sister Justina (Chad) Eldridge, and his brothers Nicholas DeVito, Sam DeVito, and Jacob Brown. His sister, Jami Dilliner, his nieces, Vivien and Vada, and his nephew, Conrad, also survive him. Christopher was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Patricia Dilliner. His memory will also be cherished by his many cousins and extended family members. As we say goodbye to Christopher, let us remember the love he shared and the lives he touched.
