Charles Gardner

Charles Michael "Mike" Gardner, age 69, of Lansing, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital in Lansing. The son of Dirril & Grace (Sheldon) Gardner, he was born on June 20, 1948 in Lansing. A veteran of the Vietnam War, Mike proudly served with the U.S. Navy and was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. He had worked as a meat cutter at Sam's Club. Committal services, with military honors, are at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta.
