Charlene Welch

Charlene Margaret Welch, age 67 of Lowell, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018. The daughter of Oscar & Ellen (Feuerstein) Nummer, she was born on August 27, 1950 in Ionia. Charlene was preceded in death by her husband Don and her parents. She is survived by her son Dale & Doris Roe, sister Marlene Marshall; grandchildren Megan, Kenzie, Sam and Joseph, great-grandchild Jaylin; niece and nephew Jody Cain and Mark & Janna Cain. Charlene will be greatly missed. She often enjoyed reading and doing a word puzzle or word search. She would also devote hours to cuddling with her dog Mindy. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. The family will hold a private interment at a later date.
