Catherine A. Hayward, age 60, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Spectrum Health Rehab Center. The daughter of James & Fread (Hamilton) Zuehlke, she was born on August 26, 1952 in Grand Rapids, MI.. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
