Carroll B. Tobey, age 77, of Battle Creek, passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Laurels of Bedford. The son of Ernest & Effie Pearl (Belson) Tobey, he was born on March 22, 1935 in Battle Creek, MI. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
