Carroll Bartholomew

Carroll Junior Bartholomew, born July 25, 1929 to Carroll and June Bartholomew in Ashton, Michigan. He passed gently into our Lord's arms on February 23, 2021. Carroll Junior was loved by all who met him, a true, kind and gentle beautiful soul. He was a well decorated soldier of the Korean War, ending his 8 year Army tour in the country of Ethiopia. Many memories were shared about his time serving his country. He is preceded in death by his adoring wife, Betty. Carroll was a man of few words, a listener, he offered an ear for your troubles . He will be sadly missed by those that loved him dearly and counted on his infinite wisdom. Words are not enough to tell his adventurous and wonderful life story. The world is now void of a great and wonderful father, grandfather, brother, special friends and confidant. May he rest in peace and never have to feel the troubles we face without him. Services will be held at Fort Custer Cemetery in Battle Creek, Michigan on June 25, 2021 at 11:00 am.
