Carolyn Carrier

Carolyn H. Carrier, age 80, of White Cloud, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024. She was born on June 28, 1943, in Downers Grove, IL, to the late Charles & Margaret Zmrzlik. Carolyn worked in housekeeping at Gerber Hospital for over 22 years. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and photography but most of all spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Sid (Ada) Carrier, Bob (Shelly) Carrier, Troy (Rhonda) Carrier and Russell (Toni) Carrier; grandchildren, Andrea (Joel) TerKeurst, Holly (Jon) Shula, Christopher Johnson, Nicholas Carrier, Breeanna (Joseph) Holliday and Gabriel Carrier; 16 great-grandchildren; and sister, Ruth Ann Watkins. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Carl Zmrzlik, David Zmrzlik, Dorothy Halverson, Kathryn Fowler, Barbara Chupp and Beverly Tarrow; and grandson, Mark Carrier. A Memorial Celebration will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Sherman Township Hall, 2168 S. Wisner Avenue, Fremont. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to a dementia care organization or a local charity of your choice.
