Carolyn Brisbin, age 80, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Heartland Care Center - Grand Rapids. The daughter of Henry & Doris (Simon) Foreman, she was born on March 31, 1935 in Constantine, Michigan. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
