Mrs. Carol Louise Popp, age 90, of Ionia, passed away Sunday morning, May 24, 2009 at Ionia County Memorial Hospital, Ionia. The daughter of Charles T. & Augusta (Arndt) Conrad, she was born on Aug. 17, 1918 in Ludington. Survivors include three daughters, Ellen White, Dr. Phyllis Popp, and Marian Popp. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
