Bruce Pillars

Bruce Edward Pillars, age 49, of Lincoln Park, died Monday, Jan. 5, 2009 at Oakwood Hospital & Medical Center, Dearborn. The son of James Edward & Anne (Jones) Pillars, he was born on Nov. 20, 1959 in Elmira, New York. Bruce had worked as a robotics operator at American Axle. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie S. (Fater) Pillars. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. The Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids, assisted the family.
