Brian Bowden

Brian Scott Bowden, aged 57, passed away at home with his children by his side, on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. He was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of Kenneth and Sharon (Miller) Bowden. Surviving are his mother, Sharon; two children, Ciera (Abe VanderLaan) Bowden, and Brian (Rebecca) Bowden; step-mother, Pam Bowden; brother Forrest (Lisa) Bowden; and many loved family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Bowden; brother, Fred Bowden; mother-in-law, Joyce Schank; and several loved cousins. Brian was a gentle soul, and a wonderful father. His kids were his entire world. Being from Nebraska, he loved the Nebraska Corn Huskers. However, he also loved the Green Bay Packers and the Boston Red Sox. Brian loved to watch horror films. He was humorous and kind and loved everyone that he met. A Celebration of Life Party will be announced by his children at a later date.
