Bradley William James Burns, Jr., age 55, of Hubbardston, passed away at home Thursday, February 26, 2026. The son of William James & Catherine Belle (Caesar) Burns, he was born December 9, 1970 in Carson City. He was a 1989 graduate of Carson City High School. While Brad moved to Grand Rapids and Chicago after graduating, he eventually moved back to his true home of Hubbardston.
Brad truly was a jack of all trades. His passion was graphic design and he created all types of custom apparel. Brad was also the Hubbardston Village President, a bartender, and a store clerk. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, being part of the community and rescuing any wounded or hurt being.
Brad was preceded in death by his parents, William & Catherine Burns. Surviving are his two sisters, Tammy Burns of Hubbardston, and Angela & Matthew Thorn of Charlotte, his three nieces, Calee & Jeremy McGraw, Emma Thorn and Abigail Thorn, his great nephews Caiden and Mason Allen, his amazing friend, Star Hobart; and several aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
