Billey Moore

Billey J. Moore, age 81, of Wyoming, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022. He was born on February 23, 1941, in Cleveland, TN, to William & Myrtle Moore. Billey graduated from Aquinas College. He worked for General Motors until his retirement. He enjoyed playing the lottery, reading and learning. He believed in continuous self-improvement. He was very family oriented and enjoyed celebrating birthdays and holidays with his family. Survivors include his children, Derek (Tina) Moore, Nick Moore, Shari (Luis) Mosqueda and Ryan Moore; grandchildren, Brianne, Jazmine, Taya, Aiden, Avah, Carter, Brooke and Jackson; siblings, James (Mary) Moore and Deborah (JW) Ford; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Audrey Moore; and sister, Lois Moore. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Avenue SE, Grand Rapids. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Myrtle Moore Memorial Scholarship at Aquinas College.
