Beverly Jean Morey, age 70, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 surrounded by her entire immediate family and many other loved ones. The daughter of George & Margaret (Peterson) Husted, she was born on December 08, 1946 in Ludington. Beloved wife of Richard for nearly 47 years; Bev is the dearly loved mother of Lisa (Larry) Shepard, Richard Morey, and Anthony (Polly) Morey; Proud and loving grandmother to seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, Bev cherished family above all else.Family and close friends are respectfully invited to attend Bev's memorial service at 11:00 a.m., with a brief visitation starting at 10:30 on Friday, May 26, 2017, at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Ave S.E. Grand Rapids, (one block west of Eastern Ave.) From 11:30-12:30 there will be light refreshments, with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery, 2894 Patterson Ave S.E. Grand Rapids, 49512. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions be sent to The Helen Devos Children's Hospital.
