Betty Jaeger

Mrs. Betty Jane Jaeger, age 85, of Grand Rapids, passed away Sunday afternoon, Aug. 9, 2009 after a long illness. Mrs. Jaeger retired from the Grand Rapids Police Department, where she worked in administration, and had been a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jaeger; and a daughter, Sherry Maesen. Survivors include three grandchildren, Ryan & Tonia Maesen and Steven Maesen & Michael Unger, all of Grand Rapids, and Betsy Maesen of Washington, D.C. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
