Betty Devos

Betty DeVos, age 80, of Grant, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. She was born on June 14, 1940, in Ensley Center to Lester and Jane (Hawkins) Johnson. Betty was known for her love of shopping. But what she will mostly be remembered for, is the love that she had for her family. Especially her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. To Betty, family was everything. Betty is survived by her husband Thomas DeVos; sister Nona (Dick) Wylie; sister in law Marie Johnson; three children Lisa (Loren) Stuart, Brent (Barb) DeVos, Heidi DeVos; five grandchildren Melissa (Kurt) Struzel, Manda (Tom) Scott, Ashley, Paige and Thomas DeVos; and five great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Wayne Johnson. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 616-452-3006.
