Bethlyann Karenjill Ruiter, age 79, of Grand Rapids, passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods in Byron Center. The daughter of Walter & Beatrice (Pape) Anderson, she was born on February 8, 1933 in Ludington and worked as a Registered Nurse. Survivors include three daughters, Peggy Hoogewind of Lowell, Karen Bumgarner of Grant and Mary Beth Godley of Arlington Heights, IL; and a son, Steve Ruiter. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids.
