Bertha Vels

Bertha G. Van Vels, age 76, of Fennville, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2019. She was born on July 19, 1942, in Missouri to the late Elbert & Edna Dordon. Bertha enjoyed boating, fishing, her computer, but most of all her children and grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Brian Van Vels; Children, Lanora (Jim) Kendall LeeEtta Wells, Lanell Harrison and Virgil (Misty) Wells; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; and other family and friends. She is preceded in death by a son, Larry Wells. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. Private burial will take place at Pilgrim Home Cemetery at a later date.
