Barbara Williams

Barbara Ruth Williams, age 81, was called home to her Lord and Saviour on Saturday, November 2, 2013. She was born April 13, 1932 in Tennessee to Andrew and Opal Gillespie. Her husband Gary Williams preceded her death on May 12, 2001. She was a woman of great faith and loved her Lord. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She often expressed her love for her family and friends by cooking wonderful meals. Barbara is survived by her three children, her daughter Debra and husband Robert (Foster), son Gregory (Williams), daughter Sandra and husband Richard (Berry). She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Shannon (Mark) Saganski, Calvin (Nicole) Deelah, Richard Berry, Jason (Nicole) Berry, Heather (Caleb) Claybaugh and 10 great grandchildren. A service to remember and celebrate her life will be held at noon on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Carpenters House Outreach Church, 4995 32nd Ave, Hudsonville, MI 49426, with Pastor Larry Haney officiating. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
