Arthur Allers

July 18, 1957 — December 26, 2023

With profound sadness, we share the passing of Arthur Erwin Allers, who left us peacefully on December 26, 2023. Born on July 18, 1957, in Stanwood Hospital, Stanwood, Michigan, Arthur, affectionately known as Art to his friends and family, lived a life that was as vibrant as his personality. A compassionate and loving soul, Arthur had a magnetic presence, a funny bone that kept spirits high, and a heart as vast as the universe. Art was a talented craftsman whose creations were not just pieces of furniture but embodiments of his love and patience. His work in automotive customer service was just as impeccable, retiring in 2021 after years of dedicated service. A man of many interests, he loved woodworking, carpentry, technology, and music. But his true passion was football, and he was a diehard Detroit Lions fan. His love for a good bottle of wine was only surpassed by the love he held for his family, his crown jewels - his granddaughters, and his great-grandchildren. He brought joy and laughter to every gathering, his wicked sense of humor always lighting up the room. Undeniably, the legacy of Arthur's kind spirit, his zest for life, and his love for his family will live on forever. Arthur is survived by his loving daughter and son-in-law, Charity (Mike) Pierce; his cherished granddaughters, Monica Wilson and Brianna Pierce; his beloved grandsons-in-law, Josh Wilson, and Kevin White; and his adorable great-grandchildren, Luna, Liberty, Leo, Jayce, and Jaxton. He loved and was loved by his sisters Joyce, Tish, Kathy, Esther, Carolyn, and brother Don. He joins his father, Lloyd Allers; mother, Irene Sharp; and brother, Terry Allers, in peaceful rest. In Arthur's honor, let us remember Matthew 5:16, "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Arthur's light, indeed, shone brightly, touching all who knew him. We invite you to share your memories and upload photos of Arthur on the memorial page at: www.MichiganCremation.com. His life was a testament to the power of love, laughter, and steadfast faith. Let's celebrate him by remembering the joy and warmth he brought into our lives. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Christiansen's Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Greenville, 616-754-5638.
