Arlene Bertha (Cory) McClellan, age 92, of Hudsonville, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 8, 2025. She was born August 20, 1932, in Custer, MI, to the late, Walter and Bertha (Shappee) Cory. Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; son, Roger; her parents; and an infant great-granddaughter, Haley Grace McClellan. She will be greatly missed by her children, Diane (Joel) Visser, Kirk (Debra) McClellan, and Scott (Robin) McClellan; her 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Madelyn Engelberg, A graveside service will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 am, where Arlene and her son, Roger will be buried with Richard at Riverside Cemetery in Custer, Michigan. Everyone attending is invited to join the family afterwards to share memories and lunch at The Ranch. Per Arlene’s wishes cremation has taken place and she will be buried with her husband Richard at Custer Cemetery in Ludington. A memorial service is being planned for a later date and details will be posted as soon as they become available.
