Antonia D. Vincent "Toni" was born July 4, 1935, in Isabela, Philippines, to the late Lazaro and Juana Domingo. She passed away in Lansing, MI on June 30, 2021. Toni received a PhD degree from Centro Escolar University in Manila and served in positions of teaching, consulting, and administration retiring as Dean of Students at Wesleyan University of the Philippines.
Toni married Warren Vincent in 1980, and they moved to East Lansing in 1981. She has been very active in community volunteer work at University United Methodist Church, Community Volunteers for International Programs, and Church Women United.
Toni was preceded in death by her husband, Warren in 2000; her parents; her siblings; and her stepson, Jeffrey Vincent.
Survivors include her stepchildren, Steven, James, Jill, Peter, and Chad; daughter-in-law, Susan Withee; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Per her wishes cremation has taken place and no formal services are being held at this time.
