Anthony Edward Hayes, age 52, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024, at the Michigan Veteran Homes at Grand Rapids. He was born on December 12, 1971, in Lansing, to Michael & Cheryl (Allen) Hayes. Visitation is from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the Michigan Veteran Homes at Grand Rapids, 2950 Monroe Avenue N.E., Grand Rapids, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Chaplain Bruce Kalish will officiate with a military tribute rendered by the Kent County Veterans Honor Guard. Committal services, with military honors rendered by the United States Marine Corps, will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly.
